: Construction of a high mountain road of 160 km long and 8 m wide, gravel finished. The road connects the town of Tudcum, 180 km northwest from the city of San Juan (2,000 m over sea level), with the Veladero mine, close to the border with Chile (4,000 meters over sea level; and reaching a total height of 5,000 meters over sea level).
